I have been working in property since my university years and I am a Chartered Valuation Surveyor with the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) as well as the business owner.
My passion for property convinced me to establish our estate agency 40 years ago and I haven’t looked back since. My commitment to qualified valuation advice, technical innovation and exceptional marketing techniques are what have made me a leader in my field, and allowed me to build a business that has stood the test of time.

I have been living and breathing estate agency since I was a little girl and came to join the family business in my teenage years part time and after completing my post graduated degree in clinical psychology I joined full time.
I have worked in all the different departments and enjoy all aspects of the job but may passion lies in business administration and lettings.

Property is my thing and I love being in the know with all aspects of the property industry. I enjoy seeing properties change overtime and have overseen the refurbishment of properties myself.
I have previously worked in both a conveyancing department and sales role and enjoy both sales and lettings. I am currently taking great pleasure out of the lettings role however as each day is so very different and it is very fast paced.

I have worked in and around property pretty much all of my life and it has become not only my career but also a passion of mine. I have experienced many different aspects of the industry from conveyancing to building, interior design and valuing as well as holding a small lettings portfolio.
I enjoy all aspects of estate agency and I try to inspire my own passion in my team and in the people that I work with every day.

I originally studied forensic anthropology and hold my BSc in this field however, I have always been interested in property refurbishment and estate agency as a whole.
My partner and I began our property investment venture last year and my love of learning drove me to wanting to begin a career that would further my knowledge and understanding in this area so I joined the Alan Batt team in early 2024 and I am working towards becoming a fully qualified Sales Negotiator.

Ive worked for Alan Batt Sales & Lettings for 13 years now. I really enjoy helping clients find their perfect property by building up a good rapport and understanding of their needs.
Having worked within Wigan and lived here my entire life I have a good knowledge of the local areas which comes in handy working out on the roads most days. I absolutely love my job, enjoy meeting new people and I have a passion for houses and interior design. I have 2 daughters and enjoy travelling.
