We used Alan batt last year to sell a property that had been on with another estate agent for months. The service received from AB from beginning to end was outstanding. Alan himself came to do valuation and gave us advice in relation to pricing, advised us what they would do re marketing etc and everything he promised they delivered and more. The house sold within weeks of moving to AB and then once sold AB used a company to do the chasing to ensure that everything was progressing as quickly as it could. This service was unreal. Can't recommend this company enough they have such old school values and it's shows every call answered, any questions answered, and the marketing was above and beyond.

I bought a house from Alan Batt 4 years ago and found them to be friendly and very professional. I called them in again this week for an up to date valuation for probate purposes. Once again I experienced a highly professional and prompt service. Whilst I am not looking to sell just yet I will certainly use Alan Batt when the time comes
