I could not fault any part of the process. From the first meeting to look at my house, asses its value and talk through the selling process, I felt confident, and this confidence increased throughout the process to completion. I have already recommended Alan Batt to friends selling properties in the Wigan area.

Following problems with other Estate Agents, Alan Batt were excellent.

The valuation was spot on.

Staff were always helpful and polite. Photographs great. When making appointments staff had the interested party on the other line so a viewing could be fixed straight away.  When dealing with other agents this was never done and we had to wait for times to be fixed etc.  I found the way Alan Batt did this really helpful and less time consuming. We were in the Reporter quickly and had a full colour page feature for our first week.  The house sold in week 2! Overall, very happy with the service provided and would use you again (but hopefully not too soon!!!).

I have been very satisfied with the service provided. Staff have always kept me informed of progress and always returned my calls. If I were to sell a property again I would choose Alan Batt.
